During this time over 1000 training days were held for all target groups working in sales worldwide and included more than 20 thematic modules tailored to the client’s needs.
In addition to conveying theoretical and practical information about topics such as customer orientation, communication skills in sales, negotiation techniques, etc., aspects of strategic business development were also always a focal point. Thus, for example, specific training programmes and workshops were designed to support employees with organisational and strategic changes in the company, establishing new forms of cooperation –for example, between internal and external services or with national subsidiaries – and implementing new approaches for handling markets and customers.
Through years of professional experience Career Partner’s trainers and consultants, assisting as an external resource, were able to provide valuable contributions for successful implementation of necessary change processes and to use their specialist and sector expertise to assist with a goal oriented design of new development strategies and training measures.
With an agreement in 2014 to extend cooperation for at least 2 more years, this cooperation is now entering its fourth generation of projects.
