The part-time study programme at IU combines flexibility with personal support and a clear structure. The start of the programme is not bound to a rigid semester schedule but can happen at any time. Alternating between several weeks of independent learning and classroom seminars, students independently learn the course materials at their own pace and then discuss and deepen their understanding at subsequent classroom session held on an IU campus. Here, they benefit from regular exchanges with classmates and experienced professors.
The structure of the programme is characterised by its step-by-step system: the students learn one subject after the other, with an examination at the end of each subject area. This ensures that they can always concentrate 100% on their current course content and achieve optimal academic success.
