The campus in Düsseldorf offers IUBH Dual Studies. It is also serves as a location for classroom lectures for professionals pursuing part-time studies, and as an examination centre for IUBH Online Studies.

It is centrally located in the Friedrichstadt district and is easy to reach by public transportation. The building was used by Haribo as a manufacturing facility for its iconic brand Maoam until 1982, and is now listed as an historical monument. The rooms are spread out over two floors in what is now the Creativ-Center on Hildebrand Street.

The campus has its own library with a collection of the most important literature. In addition, Library Information Services (LIS) is available to all students for research purposes.

Six modern seminar rooms accommodate up to 35 students and are equipped with beamers, flip charts and presentation boards to optimize visualization of learning materials.
