		PROAKTIV® Management AG was founded in Munich in 1995. It specializes in training company managers, salespeople and teams. Robert Dorandt und Gerd Pult, presidents and founders, each have over 20 years of management and sales training experience and their special training concept provides measurable and sustainable results. 		Since 1948, the Steigenberger Academy in Bad Reichenhall has been offering first-class hotel industry training. By providing the entry qualification into the 5-star hotel industry, it offers the key to a diverse international career. The education programmes are aimed at highly-skilled professionals of tomorrow who have mastered the hotel and restaurant business as well as modern management techniques paired with business knowledge. The Steigenberger Academy is a state-accredited, private hotel vocational school.
		Path2University College offers English-speaking, academic preparatory programmes for international students who don’t meet the admission requirements for German universities. The programme builds skills in mathematics, economics, English and German. Once they have passed the final examination, students qualify for English-speaking business studies in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. All graduates are guaranteed a Bachelor study position at the IUBH.
